How does Google Ads management work - do I pay you for the ads?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google through your own Google Ads account - I never touch your ad spend. The management fee inside your plan covers campaign setup, optimisation, and management. Most agencies take 15–30% of your ad budget on top of their fee. I charge zero markup.
How does Facebook Ads management work - do I pay you for the ads?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta through your own Facebook Ads account - I never touch your ad spend. The management fee inside your plan covers campaign setup, optimisation, and management. Most agencies take 15–30% of your ad budget on top of their fee. I charge zero markup.
What's the difference between basic SEO and the blog posts in Enterprise?
Basic SEO (all plans) covers on-page optimisation - proper titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, Search Console setup, and fast load times. The 3 monthly blog posts in Enterprise are original long-form articles written, formatted, and published to target specific keywords and build ongoing organic traffic that doesn't cost per click.
Can I cancel if the services aren't working?
Month-to-month plans cancel with 30 days' notice - no penalty, no questions asked. 12-month plans require the full commitment but lock in a significantly lower rate for the entire year. I'm confident enough in my results that I don't need to trap clients in contracts.
How many social media posts do I get, and on which platforms?
Growth gets 6 posts/month, Enterprise gets 12 posts/month. Each post is a custom-designed graphic with an on-brand caption, ready for Instagram, Facebook, and formatted for TikTok if needed. We agree on the content calendar together so every post aligns with your business goals.
